In an earlier story we told you about a Texas judge who ordered sex offenders to post signs and bumper stickers saying "danger: sex offender" in a modern-day scarlet letter approach at law.

Now that same judge has ordered a young man not to have sex or even engage in any relationships with women until he is married.

The order came in response to the young man fathering two children while on probation for having sex with a 13-year-old.

Attorney Gerald Rogen filed a complaint with the Texas Commission on Judicial Conduct questioning the constitutionality of the no-sex order, calling it "legislating from the bench" and saying the judge is "just substituting whatever he feels is reasonable."
